From time to time, our website, emails, sales pages, or product materials may contain links to third-party products or services. Some of those links are affiliate links — meaning if you click and purchase, we may receive a commission from the third-party seller. The price you pay is the same; the commission is paid by the seller, not added to your cost.
We only link to products we believe will be useful to our audience. We do not allow advertisers or affiliate programs to dictate our editorial recommendations.
2. Inbound Affiliate Links (Links Placed To Us)
ShortsShield AI runs an affiliate program through the WarriorPlus marketplace. Independent affiliates promote our product and earn a commission for each successful sale they refer. If you arrived at our sales page through an affiliate's link, blog, video, or email:
- The affiliate is being paid a commission by us, not by you.
- Your purchase price is the same as it would be if you came to us directly.
- The affiliate's review or recommendation reflects their own opinion and is not edited or pre-approved by us.
- The affiliate may also be offering you bonus materials in addition to the standard ShortsShield AI offer. Those bonuses are provided by the affiliate, not by us, and are subject to the affiliate's own terms.
3. Endorsements & Testimonials
Testimonials, reviews, and case studies featured on our sales pages, in our videos, or in our materials reflect the experiences of specific individuals at specific points in time. They are not representative of typical results. See our Earnings Disclaimer for the full picture.
Where required by the FTC's "Material Connections" guidance, we disclose any compensation, free product, or other consideration provided in exchange for testimonials, reviews, or endorsements.
4. Sponsored Content
If we ever publish sponsored content (paid placements where a third party pays for placement of their message), it will be clearly labeled as "Sponsored," "Ad," or "Paid Partnership" so you can distinguish it from our editorial content.
5. Specific Programs We Participate In
We may participate in affiliate or referral programs operated by:
- WarriorPlus (warriorplus.com) — both as a vendor and occasionally as an affiliate of other vendors' products.
- Software and SaaS providers we use ourselves and recommend to users (e.g., domain registrars, hosting providers, AI/voice services).
- Educational and training providers in the digital marketing space.
We will update this list as our affiliate relationships change.
6. FTC Compliance for Affiliates Promoting Us
If you are an affiliate of ShortsShield AI, you are required by U.S. law (and our Affiliate Terms) to disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously when promoting us. The FTC requires that the disclosure be:
- Clear: use plain language ("I'm an affiliate," "I earn a commission if you buy through my link").
- Conspicuous: placed where readers will actually see it, before any affiliate link.
- Unavoidable: not buried in a footer or hidden behind a hover.
We require affiliates to follow these rules and reserve the right to terminate the affiliate relationship of anyone who does not.
