1. Eligibility
To become an affiliate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Have an active WarriorPlus account in good standing.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, advertising, and anti-spam laws.
- Be approved by us. We may approve, decline, or revoke approval at our discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Approved affiliates earn the following commissions on net sales (gross sales minus refunds and chargebacks) generated through their unique affiliate link:
- Front-end (Standard, $17 → $27): 100% commission
- OTO 1 — PRO ($37): 50% commission
- DS 1 — PRO Lite ($19): 50% commission
- OTO 2 — Agency ($67): 50% commission
- DS 2 — Agency Starter ($37): 50% commission
- OTO 3 — DFY ($97): 50% commission
- DS 3 — Mini DFY ($27): 50% commission
- OTO 4 — Reseller ($147): 50% commission
- DS 4 — Reseller Lite ($67): 50% commission
Commission rates may change. Changes apply to sales made after the change takes effect; sales made before are paid at the rate in effect at the time of the sale.
3. Cookie Window & Attribution
Attribution is handled by WarriorPlus per its standard practices. Last-click attribution applies, and cookie windows are governed by WarriorPlus settings. We do not adjust attribution outside of the WarriorPlus platform.
4. Payment
Commissions are paid by WarriorPlus on its standard payout schedule, subject to its hold periods, payment thresholds, and processor-specific terms. We are not responsible for payment delays caused by WarriorPlus or its payment processors. Affiliates may be subject to a hold period before payouts are released, particularly for new affiliates or for high-volume launches, in accordance with WarriorPlus policy.
5. JV Contest Prizes
If a JV contest is announced for a launch (cash prizes for top affiliates), the following terms apply:
- Eligibility, prize amounts, and the launch window are stated on the JV page for the launch.
- Rankings are based on net sales (gross minus refunds and chargebacks) attributed to your affiliate link during the stated window.
- A minimum sales threshold may apply (e.g., 25 net sales) to qualify for prize tiers.
- Winners are announced and prizes paid within 14 days after the contest window closes.
- Our determination of contest winners is final.
6. Promotional Conduct — Permitted
You may promote ShortsShield AI through:
- Your own website, blog, or social channels.
- Your own permission-based email list (subject to our Anti-Spam Policy).
- Honest review videos and written reviews.
- Paid advertising on platforms that allow affiliate promotion, provided you bid on relevant non-trademark keywords (see Section 7).
7. Promotional Conduct — Prohibited
The following are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
- Brand bidding: bidding on "ShortsShield," "ShortsShield AI," "Faith Harbor LLC," or close variants on any paid search or social ad platform.
- Domain squatting: registering domains that include our brand name or close variants.
- Cookie stuffing: setting affiliate cookies via iframes, redirects, or other means without an explicit click on a disclosed affiliate link.
- Self-purchases: buying ShortsShield AI through your own affiliate link to earn commission.
- Spam: any violation of our Anti-Spam Policy or applicable anti-spam laws.
- False endorsement: claiming we endorse you, claiming any partnership beyond the affiliate relationship, or impersonating us or our team.
- Unsupported income claims: promising specific income, channel growth, or monetization outcomes that conflict with our Earnings Disclaimer.
- Coupon & discount sites: publishing or distributing discount codes, coupon codes, or "rebate" offers (cash back to the buyer in exchange for going through your link).
- Misleading bonuses: offering bonuses you do not own the rights to, do not actually deliver, or that misrepresent the value of ShortsShield AI itself.
- Misuse of brand assets: modifying our logos, screenshots, video clips, or other branded materials in ways that misrepresent the product.
- Adult, hate, or illegal content placement: promoting on platforms or pages featuring adult content, hate speech, or unlawful activities.
8. Disclosure Requirements
You must disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously, in compliance with the FTC's "Material Connections" guidance, on every page or message that includes your affiliate link. See our Affiliate & FTC Disclosure for accepted formats.
9. Brand Assets & Promotional Materials
We provide approved promotional assets (email swipes, banner sets, social posts, demo video) on the JV page. You may use these assets while you are an active, approved affiliate. You may not modify the brand name, logo, or product screenshots in ways that misrepresent the Service. Use of our brand outside these terms requires our written permission.
10. Refunds & Chargebacks
Commissions are reversed for orders that are refunded or charged back. We do not have discretion to override these reversals — they are processed automatically by WarriorPlus.
11. Termination
We may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your affiliate links will be deactivated.
- Commissions earned but not yet paid may be withheld if termination is for cause (violation of these Terms or applicable law). Otherwise, properly earned commissions on completed sales will be paid per the standard schedule.
- You must immediately cease all use of our brand assets, demo materials, and promotional copy.
12. Reciprocity
We aim to operate with standard JV reciprocity practices. If you actively promote our launch, we will consider promoting yours when timing and audience fit allow. Reciprocal promotion is not guaranteed and is not consideration for these Terms.
13. Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. You have no authority to bind us or make representations on our behalf.
14. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you receive. WarriorPlus may collect tax information (e.g., W-9 or W-8BEN) and may withhold or report payments to tax authorities as required by law.
15. Liability & Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your promotional activity, your representations about the Service, your handling of subscriber data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Modifications
We may modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or posting on this page. Continued participation as an affiliate after a change constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved as provided in our Terms & Conditions.
