1. Coverage
This Refund Policy applies to all tiers of ShortsShield AI purchased through the WarriorPlus marketplace, including:
- Front-end (Standard) license
- OTO 1 — PRO upgrade
- OTO 2 — Agency License
- OTO 3 — Done-For-You Content Packs
- OTO 4 — Reseller Rights
- All downsells (PRO Lite, Agency Starter, 15-Pack DFY, Reseller Lite)
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase date as recorded by WarriorPlus. Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be honored, except where required by applicable law.
3. How to Request
To request a refund, do one of the following:
- Email support@shortsshield.com from the email address you used to purchase, with subject line "Refund Request" and include your WarriorPlus order ID.
- Submit a refund request directly through the WarriorPlus support portal at warriorplus.com/support.
We typically respond within 1 business day. Once approved, refunds are issued through WarriorPlus and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. What Happens After Refund
When a refund is processed:
- Your access to the Service and any tier-specific features will be revoked.
- Any sub-accounts you created (Agency tier) will be deactivated.
- Reseller licenses (OTO 4 / Reseller Lite) are revoked, and you must cease selling, distributing, or rebranding the Service.
- You agree to delete any downloaded materials (e.g., the Originality Playbook PDF, DFY content packs, and any source files received under reseller rights).
5. Exclusions
While we honor the 30-day window broadly, refunds may be declined in cases of:
- Fraudulent activity: evidence of payment fraud, chargebacks made before requesting a refund, or attempts to abuse the refund policy across multiple purchases.
- Material breach: use of the Service in violation of our Terms & Conditions, particularly the Acceptable Use section.
- Reseller redistribution: evidence that reseller-tier materials were distributed publicly or to third parties before the refund request.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer rather than first contacting us, your account may be immediately suspended pending resolution. We strongly prefer that you reach out to support@shortsshield.com first — refund processing through WarriorPlus is faster and friendlier than a chargeback for both parties.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
