  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (your name, address, telephone number, and email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3. Counter-Notification

If material you posted has been removed in response to a notice and you believe the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated agent. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of that person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), unless the original complainant first notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is a repeat infringement.

5. Generated Content Notice

The Service generates suggested scripts, prompts, and visual concepts. Outputs are produced by AI models and may, in rare cases, resemble or paraphrase existing copyrighted works. You are responsible for reviewing your Outputs before publishing and ensuring that your final published material does not infringe any third party's rights. We will respond to good-faith DMCA notices regardless of whether the allegedly infringing content was AI-generated.

6. Trademark Concerns

If you believe your trademark rights have been infringed by content accessible through the Service, please contact us at support@shortsshield.com with details of the alleged infringement. Trademark concerns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
