2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: name, email address, and password when you register.
• Purchase information: billing details, transaction IDs, and tier purchased — collected through WarriorPlus and its payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Generated content inputs: the niche, persona, length, and other prompts you submit to the Service.
• Support communications: the contents of any email, chat, or support ticket you send us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring URLs, timestamps, and approximate location (derived from IP).
• Service usage: features used, generation counts, sub-account activity (for Agency tier), and error logs.
• Cookies & similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• WarriorPlus: we receive your purchase confirmation, refund status, affiliate attribution, and the email associated with your purchase.
• OpenAI & ElevenLabs: when the Service calls these APIs on your behalf, technical metadata (latency, status codes) is returned to us; the providers handle prompt and audio data per their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including authentication, license-key validation, usage metering, and feature delivery).
• Process purchases, refunds, and affiliate payouts via WarriorPlus.
• Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and policy violations.
• Send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, password resets, security alerts) and, with your opt-in consent, occasional product updates and educational content.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA, our legal bases for processing are:

• Contract: to provide the Service you purchased.
• Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve our business — balanced against your privacy rights.
• Consent: for optional communications and certain cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation: where processing is required by law.

5. Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of recipients:

  • WarriorPlus (payment processing, affiliate management, license issuance)
  • OpenAI (AI generation — your prompts and outputs are processed by OpenAI under its API data policy)
  • ElevenLabs (text-to-speech generation, on PRO tier and above)
  • Hosting and CDN providers (e.g., Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS — for delivering the Service)
  • Email delivery providers (for transactional and opt-in marketing emails)
  • Analytics providers (privacy-preserving usage analytics)
• Affiliates we share aggregated, non-personal sales statistics for performance reporting.
• Legal & safety: to comply with valid legal requests, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice and continuity of these protections.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and optional analytics. You can manage cookies via your browser. Detailed information is in our Cookie Policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:

• Account data: retained for the lifetime of your account, plus up to 24 months after closure for legal and audit purposes.
• Generation history: retained for 180 days, then automatically deleted unless you've explicitly saved it.
• Billing records: retained for 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements.
• Support tickets: retained for up to 36 months.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (TLS in transit, encryption at rest where applicable, access controls, audit logging) to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten") subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice via email or in-product notification.
